Laser power

Laser beam power is the key parameter determining marking depth and intensity. Higher laser power results in deeper markings, while lower laser power produces shallower markings.

Speed

The speed at which the laser beam traverses the material surface also affects marking quality. Slower speeds result in deeper markings, while faster speeds produce shallower markings.

Focus

The focus of the laser beam determines the size and intensity of the mark. A well-focused laser beam produces precise and clean marks, while a poorly focused beam results in blurred and inaccurate marks.

Material 

Properties

The properties of the marked material, such as absorbance, thermal conductivity, and melting point, also influence the laser marking process. For example, materials with high absorbance will result in darker markings, while those with low absorbance will produce lighter markings.
