Advantages of UV Laser Marking Machines in the Ceramic Industry

Ultraviolet ceramic laser marking machines specifically target ceramic marking applications such as tableware, tea sets, vases, jars, pots, bowls, plates, and dishes. Artistic (technical) ceramics include vases, sculptures, garden ceramics, vessels, and decorative items. Industrial ceramics: ceramic products applied across various industries. Inks and solvents are highly volatile substances that generate significant chemical residues, polluting the environment and endangering worker health. These methods are being phased out globally. In the United States, inkjet printers are no longer permitted for marking pharmaceutical inner packaging, with laser marking machines now universally adopted.

Laser marking systems operate with zero consumables. Compared to traditional marking systems, the absence of consumables significantly reduces operational expenses for businesses. Ceramic laser marking systems utilize fiber lasers, which are consumable-free with a lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours. The entire machine employs air-cooled design, consuming only approximately 0.5 kWh per hour.
