1. Ensure the operating environment meets standards. All machinery has specified operating conditions. First, temperature must be maintained between 10°C and 30°C, with humidity kept low to prevent electrical leakage or welding misalignment risks. Second, operation must not occur in environments with excessive dust or oil contamination. Third, never operate near flammable gases to avoid major accidents.

2. Exercise caution in low-temperature and high-temperature conditions. Due to regional temperature variations—particularly freezing conditions common in northern regions during winter—operators cannot halt work due to seasonal changes. To maintain normal operation of the fiber laser welding machine in cold or icy conditions, activate heating systems to warm the indoor environment and ensure it remains dry.
